The queen room overlooks terrace and includes a microwave oven and kitchenware. The location is marvellous and favourable, not too far from Puente Grau Bridge.

The room at Il Riposo was amazing! It had a beautiful mountain view from the patio, which made me feel like I was in paradise. Plus, having a kitchen with a microwave was so convenient, allowing me to cook my own meals whenever I wanted. And the free WiFi was a huge bonus!
The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the kitchenware in the double room. It was a bit outdated, but hey, that's just my personal preference.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a beautiful area, close enough to the historic center and stores. the location of the property was great - around a 10-15 minutes walk from a grand square. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

Nice hotel with free parking and stunning location near the historic centre. Location not far from the center and many supermarkets, stores and malls and many supermarkets and many restaurants.

The room at Il Riposo was cozy and had a homey feel. I loved the patio with a stunning view of the mountains. It made me feel so relaxed and at peace. Plus, having a kitchen with a microwave was super convenient for quick meals.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the kitchenware in the double room. It was a bit basic for my liking.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect, close to the Alpaca Museum and with plenty of things to do in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even arranging a special delivery of raw milk for us!
Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

Super hostel with friendly staff, in a great location near attractions and shopping. Loved the common area fridge and barbecue. Managed by a "professional" host. Cons: Shame the computer station was missing a computer. So helpful.

I recently stayed at Il Riposo for a week-long vacation in Arequipa. The staff were amazing, always eager to help and make my stay enjoyable. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a great space to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped and accessible at all times, perfect for cooking meals. Additionally, the location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, shops, and bars nearby. I also loved the character of the building, especially the terrace with its fantastic view. one of the best value hostels I've stayed at!
Can recommend this hotel.

The room at Il Riposo was absolutely charming and cozy, with a lovely mountain view from the patio. As a beach lover, this little touch of nature made me feel right at home.
Personally, I would have liked more variety in the kitchenware provided. But hey, that's just me!

Love the communal fridge. It's so exciting to find someone else's leftover mystery food every time I open it! And the dorm room has a barbecue! Best place to grill in the heart of the city!
Oh, how I enjoyed losing sleep with the constant ringing of the doorbell every time someone entered or left. It was like a never-ending symphony of annoyance.
